I had developed a sort of futuristic music academy with a whole tech system and a campus map and everything. But once the world was built and the characters were profiled, no stories would come. Not one, ha.
Wow, Katie, that sounds amazing! Am I remembering right that you majored in music therapy in college? I hope I’m not mixing you up with someone else. But if so, I can see how you would have a lot to bring to a story like that. Well… perhaps one day inspiration will spring up to continue! Sometimes our dreams build in stages.
Learning to trust God with the timing of my dreams is something I’ve had to do a lot…and can you believe it, His timing is always best! 😉

I used to write stories as a young child and something happened that made me quit writing. I think if I could somehow overcome that emotional obstacle, the stories would flow again. But, alas, not to be just yet.
