Healing from the Inside Out: GNM and Homeopathy for the Busy Mom
beyond gut health...way beyond
I will talk in this section about German New Medicine and homeopathy in such a way that assumes you have a basic understanding of both. I also come from the assumption that readers are comfortable questioning the mainstream teachings of how we get sick and stay healthy.
Even though this is not a moral issue, it can be a particularly sensitive one for many people. So if you’d like to learn more about this idea, I encourage you to do your own reading. My favorites on the topic of germ theory being false are the book Good-Bye Germ Theory and the Articles found on this website.
My goal with the articles I write in this section is to make GNM and homeopathy accessible and applicable to our every day lives. Here are some basics that will be assumed when I am reflecting on these topics.
🧠 Dis-ease starts in the psyche and manifests through the nervous system.
I am in awe of the system that God created within our bodies. It truly is amazing how our minds and hearts are interconnected with our physical bodies. I believe now (per the work of Dr. Hamer through German New Medicine) that all illness, disease, mental illness, cancer, and pain (not related to injuries or poisoning) start in our psyche.
Then it is through our nervous system that our psyche communicates to the rest of our bodies what cell adaptations need to happen to help us, and this results in physical symptoms. If you’d like to learn more details about GNM here are a couple of resources for you:

GNM articles that I write will mostly be reflections as I read through the Scientific Chart of German New Medicine or from what I am learning through the practitioner training I am working through.
🏵 Nervous system “medicine” is what I have found to be the most helpful with symptoms.
Homeopathy has always been effective for our family. I gained a certification in homeopathy just so I could confidently help my own family as best as I could. But since finding GNM, I now have a better understanding of why it works so well.
Homeopathy works by stimulating the nervous system, the very system that your psyche uses to create symptoms in the first place. If you don’t know much about homeopathy, you can learn more using these resources:

HY Homeopathy Substack - Hannah is a friend and full of great info; she keeps her Substack private (but anyone can subscribe) so only subscribers can see the chat, which is pretty active with people asking questions!
Homeopathic Remedies - my favorite reference book
Homeopathy articles may be reflections on remedies I’m reading about or ideas of what I would give to a character in a book. These character pictures (which are often caricatures of real life) can be very helpful in helping us learn how to apply its use in our own lives.
If this doesn’t resonate with you, don’t worry. These posts will be easy to skip over. But since I read on these topics frequently, and often see their patterns in the books I read, I wanted a place to discuss them.
I can’t wait for more of your articles in this category, Katie! And I also love to think of remedies for characters in stories! Thank you for your kind mention, too 💜
